I dealt with Rinalds at Log Cabin from start to finish, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He helped us design our own bespoke one-bedroom hybrid cabin, which is much more maintenance-free thanks to its aluminium exterior. Rinalds was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to answer the many questions I had along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I’d also highly recommend the crew on site. They were professional, reliable, and hardworking. The installation took place in January when the weather was particularly challenging, but they still arrived on site on time every day and completed the work to a very high standard. Overall, I would highly recommend Rinalds and his team at Log Cabin.

We had added specifications for our autistic son that will use it that he was able to help coordinate quickly and clearly to the factory and incorporate into the final design. Fantastic service from the very start. Jack was extremely helpful on our initial meeting and explained all the different options. On choosing the one that suited us best we ordered it. Waiting time was very quick as as promised. Ned and Saulius arrived promptly on the morning and were exceptional. They were so tidy and considerate to our neighbours too. Worked long days to get it complete in 4 days. The quality of workmanship is excellent—the cabin feels sturdy, well-finished, and looks fantastic in the garden. It’s clear they take pride in their work, paying attention to the smaller details as well as the overall structure. They explained everything to us at the end and the after care it required. We are very happy with our hybrid cabin. The process from start to finish was excellent. Minor issues arose and all were addressed and fixed immediately. The builders were exceptional and their craftmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Like all builds it took a bit longer than we thought but that was due to weather and other usual build logistics. We had to trust all would work out and it did. It was reassuring to see people have pride in their work and care about their customers. Extra care was given to our build due to the exposed mountainous site in west of Ireland. And believe me..we have had biblical rain and mad winds. All going well...touch wood....and there is plenty of that. Super dedicated workers. We love our room. It looks amazing too.Thankyou so much. Bought a 3 bed cabin from Rinalds in the glen of the downs showroom We are over the moon with it and it came on time from when they said Rinalds answered all my questions very clearly and had a lot of patience with us It was built within 2 weeks and finished we were in before Chritmas with our 2 kids We noticed a small problem over the weekend and the builders were back within 24 hours of contacting the after sales team and had fixed the issue couldn’t recommend Loghouse enough! Thanks to all the team

We have just had the one bedroom hybrid log cabin built and it is worth every penny, with only one or two small hiccups, the process from sale to completion was straightforward and the workers are very skilled. The cabin is situated in an area prone to high winds and storms but is sturdy and feels airtight inside. We would recommend Loghouse to anyone looking for a place to live or needing extra living space, it's really beautiful.

We bought the Loghouse Kilkenny Garden Log Cabin last year. We absolutely love it. Loghouse/EcoHouse Developments Ltd. are very transparent in terms of pricing. Every item is separately priced in their brochure, listed in their order form, etc. We opted for the 6m x 4m sized version. It included premium living type doors and windows, steel roof tiles, 50mm floor insulation, damp-proof membrane and a weathering package. We also selected the following upgrades: cabin assembly, time frame and block foundation, 100m roof insulation, external insulation and shiplap cladding, and gutters and downpipes. We encountered one problem: We included their recommended electrician - Willprom Electrical - in our Order/Booking but only a week before the time arrived for the installation, Willprom Electrical told us that they would not travel to Wexford (as they are based in Dublin) unless we paid them additional money for travel. We had not budgeted for that extra cost, and the late notice of this meant that we could not get the electrics installed at the same time as the cabin! This caused us a lot of stress and upset- to the point that we were going to pull out altogether and look for our deposit back. However, we decided to go ahead and are delighted that we did. The two young men who attended to prepare the site and build the cabin were very mannerly and courteous. They took off their shoes when entering the house, tidied up after they finished work each day, etc. They were very efficient and hardworking – working long days and taking only short breaks. They consulted with us when a few issues or options arose. They really were exceptional workers. I think one of them is called Tomas. The doors and windows of our cabin are of high quality. The cabin is sturdy. It withstood the various weather storms we endured throughout last Winter 24/25. We originally used it to store furniture, etc. following a house move. We got a local electrician to install lighting and electrics. What was stored there over the Winter did not get damp or mouldy. We ran a little heater in it at times over the Winter but find that we don’t need the heater over the Summer. We now use it as a den for all recreational and relaxing activities – playing music, card games, reading, exercising, little gatherings over the Summer, etc. It looks lovely at the end of our garden. We are thrilled to have it. We would highly recommend Loghouse/EcoHouse Developments Ltd. for the purchase and installation of a garden cabin.
